A blast from the past ,this is a great version of what was once considered as a student instrument which , in fact, was so good it was often adopted by pro players.This one has been lacquer stripped and now has a pleasant raw brass patina. It has good compressions and plays well with a mellow tone which Olds were famous for. the case is original and in good condition
