Vertical Milling machine
I purchased this machine when it was only about 6 months old from a model making engineer. I have had it for about 15 years and in that time it has not been used as a milling machine but as a kind of ” English Machine” used to roll dents out of tuba protection strips . The rotating aspect of the miller has therefor hardly been used and is in pristine condition other than a thin accumulation of rust on the milling bed. It has a number of cutters and and a full set of bed ‘ holding down bolts”. The thing is mounted on a substantial built wooden stand but could obviously be bench mounted. Control dials are in Imperial which I prefer to Metric. If it wasn’t for imminent retirement I would have liked to have kept this tool . So it is a reluctant sale at a very reasonable price
